Meet at The Kitching Fossil Exploration Centre

Bruce, who grew up on Wellwood farm, near Nieu-Bethesda, is a world renowned palaeontologist, specialising in vertebrate fossils from the Karoo. He is also a director of the Karoo Devlopment Foundation.

The Kitching Fossil Exploration Centre, an important tourist attraction in the Camdeboo, is a Wits University outreach project, training and employing local people as guides

Bruce’s infectious enthusiasm for his subject and the Karoo makes this an opportunity not to be missed
