Directions from Cape Town International Airport:

Follow N2 from airport towards Cape Town, V&A Waterfront. On reaching the traffic lights with the ICC on your left, take a right towards the Waterfront and carry on straight. At the roundabout, take the first exit to your left. Carry on to the second roundabout and take the last exit to your right into the Marina Residential, Bluff entrance. Tell security that you are checking into Lawhill and they will let you through. Turn left and follow the road to the second last building, Lawhill A, where you will find the reception desk.

 A minimum stay of 7 nights will apply over Peak period 20-Dec 2013 – 10 Jan-2014

Rates are:

quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR quoted per apartment per night based on a maximum of:

2 persons per One Bedroom Apartment

4 persons per Two Bedroom Apartment

6 persons per Three Bedroom Apartment

6 persons per Three Bedroom Penthouse

inclusive of accommodation, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bottled water and 14% VAT subject to change without prior notice

We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year

Children Policy

Persons from 3 and older are required to occupy their own bed at the applicable rates

0 – 2 Year olds (sharing apartment with adults)

are accommodated in a cot at an additional cost this subject to availability of cots

Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot

Child minding facilities can be requested at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Travel Information – Insurance

We recommend that travel insurance is taken out

Travel Information - Transfers

Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs

All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies

All transfers must be arranged prior to arrival

Payment

25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made

Balance payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival

Full pre-payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

All bank charges are for the guest

Cancellations – Peak Season and Special Event dates

Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations

50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival

100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellations – Other Dates

Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations

25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival

100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival
