Take the N7 to, and the turnoff to Clanwilliam. At the T-junction, turn left to Graafwater/Lambert’s Bay. Follow the road straight into the village and only turn right (for the first) after the Church (with the tower) - the house right in front of you is your destination. WELCOME!

Rates & Terms

• Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand, include all levies and VAT; and are inclusive of Breakfast.

• The owners and management of @TheBay Guest Villa cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.

• Full pre-payment, 30 days prior to arrival, is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Confirm your reservation by completing the Reservation Confirmation Form; Bookings considered confirmed on receipt of 50 % deposit. A R500,00 refundable breakage deposit (per room) must be paid.

• Reservations only considered as cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by @TheBay Guest Villa in writing.

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date: no charge.

• In the event of a "no show" or cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full cancellation fee will be charged.

• No dispute will be accepted on above rates quoted.

• In event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

• No children under 10.

• No pets.

• @TheBay Guest Villa is a non-smoking establishment; smoking allowed within designated areas.

• Check in from 13:00; Check out by 10:00.
